Use of Photos and Videos

During the tour, we may take photos and videos for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be featured in any photographs or videos, please inform us during the tour or request this by email at [email protected].

In the event that you express your preference not to be included in any promotional materials, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Bookings & Payments

All extras apart from the items mentioned in the package inclusions will be priced separately.

Submission of the booking form online will not guarantee the reservation. Once your form is submitted, it will be reviewed by one of our agents and they will respond with instructions on how to finalize the booking.

Reservations will be prioritized in the order of our receipt of advance payments. To ensure that your reservation will be confirmed for your requested date, we advise you to pay the advance as soon as possible.

Prior to finalizing the reservation, you will be asked to make an advanced payment of 30% of the total package value. The balance should be paid on or before the commencement of the tour.

We will be providing an invoice for payment proof for every payment that is made to us.

Any breakage or damage of any items or equipment will be charged to the respective individuals or organizing committee.

CREDIT PAYMENTS Credit can be used as part or full payment for any trip on the site and is valid for 2 years. Credit payments cannot be exchanged for cash at any time and will be converted back into credit if the trip is cancelled for any reason.

Disclaimer for Personal Belongings

ASY Tours prioritizes the safety and well-being of its participants. However, we would like to expressly state that we do not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal items, including but not limited to electronic devices, jewelry, and other valuables. We strongly advise against bringing high-value items, wearable devices, and jewelry on our expeditions.

Participants are encouraged to exercise caution and discretion when deciding what personal items to bring on our adventures. In the event that personal belongings are lost, ASY Tours and its affiliates will not be held liable. Participants are solely responsible for safeguarding their possessions.

By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and agree that ASY Tours and its staff are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, and you release us from any claims or liabilities related to such incidents.

Cancellation & Refund

At ASY Tours, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy to accommodate unforeseen circumstances while maintaining our commitment to quality service. Below are the details of our cancellation policy:

General Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date: Full refund will be issued.
• Cancellations made between 29 and 20 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made less than 19 days before the tour date: No refund will be issued.

Special Conditions

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Some tours may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
• Force Majeure: In the event of natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Modifications and Rescheduling

• Modifications made 30 days or more before the tour date: Free of charge, subject to availability.
• Modifications made less than 29 days before the tour date: A rescheduling fee will apply, subject to availability.

No-Show Policy

• Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided.

Refund Process

• All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
